If one instrument response is enough?

Hello all:

Supposed: in one night, I acquire 3 targets. And store in PC in F:\20121012
star A + ref. star = Dec. -15
star B + ref. star = Dec. 20
star C + ref. star = Dec. 70

How to make instrument response [IR]? Make only one ref. star for all 3 targets to process? Or A-IR to process A; B-IR to process B...?

Need your help~
