VV Cephei H alpha emission 2017-07-13

So, here is my latest spectrum of VV Cephei, not showing much change in the blue wing of the H alpha emission line yet !

The eclipse begins early August and I am continuing to monitor it.

My tally so far is 84 nights of data since 2015-08-26, which I am now close to reducing and hope to post results in due course.

I have a lot of vv cep data to send across for inclusion BUT there is a problem sending and receiving e mails.

We need to get this resolved as soon as possible with the eclipse so close.

I am trying to resolve this in gmail settings so far no success !

Meanwhile I attach last nights result 2017-07-25 still no change in the V H alpha line.

I will send you another batch of spectra to include in your V and R data set now I know you are receiving my e mails.

Hi Jack,

As an alternative, as you are both in the BAA, you could upload the spectra to the BAA spectroscopic database and Ernst could pick them up from there.
