Discovered by S. Kaneko, Shizuoka-ken, Japan, using
200-mm f/2.8 lens + Digital camera, who writes nothing
is visible at this location on his two recent frames (limiting
mag.= 14s) taken on 2014 Nov. 14 and 18 UT using same
patrol camera. The star was confirmed on the following
five frames taken after discovery."

Something emits in h-Alpha region...
A few frames taken yesterday between clouds (filtered profile). I note hydrogen line is larger than the one in ASASSN-14jv dwarf nova
Also between clouds, Umberto Sollecchia 22 november result (he is trying again now):
Signatures seem that of a dwarf nova but our spectra are very noisy.
