Re: CH Cyg brightness drop - call for spectra
Well, there are several much higher resolution and wider spectra existing in the database, since nobody else did it yet - let me drop here a quick comparative result of my shots (of every few month, last one from this week):
H-beta also dropped (as Francois already noted here http://www.spectro-aras.com/forum/viewt ... 5&start=70).
Assume someone could come up with comparing the recent spectra when it's all gathered.
I'm also looking forward to see professional theories.
Peter
I can observe OIII 5007 was striking out towards the end of last year, lately almost vanished He I 4922 and He I 5016 (should be so for all the He I series, I guess), but this drop didn't seem to happen suddenly.H-beta also dropped (as Francois already noted here http://www.spectro-aras.com/forum/viewt ... 5&start=70).
