And quicky process, the graph of H Alpha velocity

And Sodium lines

I try to do more exposure to improve the SNR, (flux is very weak with an eShel)

Congratulations to all, good work and speed!

For my part, last night, I had half the Sahara above me, (suspended pulse), but if you observe, something always comes up ....

In my graphics I have passed the filter, which has the ISIS, in value of 4 .. Attached the same regions that Olivier has also sent.

Graphics are cleaner, the question is. In which I have altered the results?
This is a good practice?

Regards, Joan.

The following transformed B and V band photometry of Nova Sct 2018 was recorded with a 0.35m SCT between 22.44 and 00.29 UT on 30 June/1 July.

Spectra were taken concurrently with a C11 + LISA between 23.25 UT and 00.25 UT. R=1064. A mean V mag of 10.63 was adopted to flux calibrate the spectrum. As the average altitude of the nova was only 22 deg, atmospheric correction may be suspect.

Large change in the spectrum of the nova since 2 days ago. H-alpha emission has grown and other Balmer lines now appear in emission while P-Cygni type absorption dips have almost disappeared. The continuum is now almost flat.

Thank you Olivier. Very nice spectra and observations of you all.

Yesterday I observed the nova with Lhires III 1200, H-alpha region. The line has changed a lot.

Maybe there are two blueshifted absorption lines in the p-cygni profile (velocities ~ -700 and -1700 Km/s to rest wavelength)? Here I tried to remove the telluric lines.

Will shoot this every night while at Pinos (6-15Jul18) with LISA and maybe two nights with LhiresIII. Are there any other
portions (besides Ha, Na) regions to shoot this high resolution (1800 ln/mm grating)? I heard Steve Shore is interested
in the 4800-5300A range.
