Only one image between clouds
Clearly confirmed as a nova near maximum luminosity showing H alpha with a P cygni profile, and Fe II 42 multiplet^

The light curve of the nova is very unusual.
Brightening after maximum or very long pre-maximum halt

A daily coverage shoumd be of great interest
The nova is now at mag V = 9.4, so eShel spectra are possible

Tonight spectrum
Under bad conditions : foggy sky so low SNR
Fast spectral evolution : P cygni profiles disappears and lines widen

Also a Alpy 600 spectrum taken the April 14.1 with a Celestron 11 (7 x 300 sec):

Short time change (compare with April 9-10 spectra).

Belles raies dans l'IR, Christian.

La courbe de lumière est particulière avec semble t-il des oscillations.

A spectrum by night should be welcome in the data base.
The evolution weak feature at 6828 could be very interesting.
