Here is an acquisition of the RR Lyrae maximum that occured during the night of 5th to 6th august 2013 (during OHP spectroscopy workshop).
Equipment: Televue 85mm refractor, NEQ6 mount and Alpy 600 spectrograph with Atik 460EX camera.
The first is the animation of each spectra done with ISIS:
Second is a 2D spectrogram showing the Balmer lines shifting toward the blue until the shock wave; the Balmer lines don't show emission in my spectra but show they are filled up at that time:

Three absorption lines at right of H alpha in the dynagraph are shifted too. If tellurics it seems that the calibration has move during observation. Could you corfirmed ?
Secondly, an intense emision line appeared in the interpolated animation during three frames. Could it be a bias of interpolating method with a cosmic added on frames between and after the strike ?
