Re: AT 2024fjh -another LMC nova?
And another spectrum taken last night always with an Alpy 600, 6 exposures of 1200s because the target is going fainter than yesterday. We can see that each peak splits into two. This the velocity graph of Balmer's lines https://i.postimg.cc/PrqdSS0H/AT-2024fjh-H-velocity-small.png Evolution of the ...

Re: AT 2024fjh -another LMC nova?
A spectrum taken last night by Pascal from our team 2SPOT with our Alpy 600 spectrograph in Chile : 4 exposures of 1200s. The target is near mag. V=14, so easy target with an Alpy 600 https://i.postimg.cc/4yKjngK8/Champ-AT-2024-fjh.png and the spectrum with all Balmer's lines in emission and double ...

Re: AT 2024fjh -another LMC nova?
Too faint for an eShel spectrum, but we can try with the Alpy 600.

New spectrum taken from Chile, this time with an Alpy 600. https://i.postimg.cc/28x2Z9J1/Graphe-AT-2024epj-small.png And comparison between the eShel sepctrum and the Alpy spectrum. Re: AT2024epj - A mag 10 transient in/near the LMC
Here's the spectrum taken last night from our 2SPOT eshel spectrograph from Chile. https://i.postimg.cc/GtGMHwwh/Champ-at-2024-epj.jpg Very noisy at magnitude around V=10 and too low for an echelle spectrograph and a RC 12'. https://i.postimg.cc/NjdLWK9B/AT-2024-epj-full-small.png the two narrow emi...

Nova Oph 2024
This morning, we tried to make a spectrum of the nova Oph 2024, but were unsuccessful due to its low magnitude. But here's the spectrum and the velocity measurement on the H Alpha line https://i.postimg.cc/zGw5dLCh/Nova-Oph-2024-graphe-Small.png https://i.postimg.cc/25VYCHpQ/Nova-Oph-2024-velocity-g...

Re: PNV J17261813-3809354
our spectra #17 and #18 of this Nova. The evolution in 48 hours is no longer significant. Now, we'll produce just one spectrum every 3 days, as long as the magnitude allows us to follow the nova with the eshel spectrograph. https://i.postimg.cc/h4fyDhGB/V1723-Sco-evolution-48h-after-2-weeks-small.pn...
