Although it looked like a nova from early spectra, the spectrum is now that of a WZ Sge type dwarf nova with unusually large amplitude outburst

A spectrum last night with the ALPY600 (unusual to see such strong emission lines during an outburst I think?)

A spectrum of the event taken nearly at the same date of your spectrum Robin.
I use a 250mm f/4 Newton + a Star'Ex spectrum (low cost 3D printing setup) in a low resolution version (R=750):
