Hello,

That is another example of simultaneous coordination.

You can see the first Alp Cam spectrographic and photometric results, from 2022 11 19.

The close star - for a Nikon 35mm. focal -, didn't permit me to spread or enlarge the spot stars, it was in detriment of better
light stars integration on many pixels and reaching more precision measurement in every individual picture, the solution
was to add every three ones.

Of course, with weather permission, know this procedure fiability. So I'm going to repite this experience again with
a simultaneous Piera ASAHI-Pentax 35 mm. and SMM Nikon 35 mm. observations joined with these respective NOU_T echelles.

You can see these pictures at the moment.

Regards, J. Guarro.

Hello,
You can see another sample of simultaneous spectrographic and V photometric observation, the NOU_T echelle shows fine details along the entire graph.

Around the V photometric Alp Cam observations, I leave here these two graphics, the first one is the 26th November night  7.25 hours accounts, you can notice a greater dispersion than previous nights. It's possible due to a worst case scenario.

The second one shows three night accounts, the red tendency line is generated automatically by FotoDif software. I've used a NIKON 35mm. f/1.8 closed to f/3.5,  with a V photometric filter and an ATIK 460EX CCD.

Be careful, don't ever buy or use an ASAHI-PENTAX TAKUMAR 35 mm. f/2, it is highly radioactive and very dangerous for your health.

Cheers, J.Guarro.

Hello,

Today the last one of the year I would say Goodbye to it with these two symbiotic star
graphics.

That would be a greeting for their observers and a reminder for the other ones, these types of stars would be really good targets for next year..

I wish all of you a Happy 2023 !!

Joan.

Hello,

As a first 2023 spectrum I made a test to know where the boundary South of Piera Observatory is. I am glad to show it here, and wish you the best for this new year 2023 again.

Regards, Joan Guarro.

Hello,

In this Forum at " Outbursts, Alerts, Monitoring " section, you can see some results of the current observational campaign of GK Per Cataclysmic Star.

Every observation in low or high resolution about this current fenomena is very important, could you help understand it with your observations, please ?

I leave a sample of that here.

Cheers, J. Guarro.

Hello at all,

It is known that more every time, unfortunately, the H Alpha line plays a more secondary role in Astrophysical studies, the scientific stars analyzers are focusing on the other physical elements for their conclusions about stars evolution.

You can deduce that the high resolution H Alpha observations would be considered incomplete today and low useful ones if they do not have joined with other graphic areas.

Speaking or texting with various analyzers they are very happy about using our H Alpha data, and more if our graphics are including the He 6678 line, but that almost always is not sufficient information. Of course, all of them without any exception are really appreciating our contribution in every case and have in high consideration our observations.

As a sample, one of them wrote to me " - In the "defense" of H Alpha only, I do have a project in which I am slowly going through all BeSS data over the last 20 years to get a statistics of Be stars that sometimes look like plain B stars, but frankly this is one of the few cases. And even that draws the value from the mass of H Alpha spectra accumulated over the decades, not from a single spectrum. Apart from this, it would probably be difficult to find scientific projects using H Alpha only in the literature".

I have exposed this issue, in the sense that we would have in account it when we would change or improve our equipment, also try to observe with our current spectrographs from R = 6000 to forward, other graphic zones.- that is my point of view. As a supplement I leave these two pictures.

Best regards, J. Guarro.

Hello at all,

Last 15th December night, meanwhile SMM remote telescope was working, suddenly the MEADE  mount became crazy and started to run very fast braking, mechanical and electronic elements from the engine control cards, the disaster was completed with the slicing and tearing cables and connections.

With patience and with Toni Jové's inestimable help, we both mend all these failures ourselves and after nearly three months the SMM comes to work again.
I expose it because if someone would have problems with MEADE mounts or/and spares can consult with him about it.

On the other hand, I show here these two pictures from the SMM remote telescope, it seems that all works well again.

Chers, Joan Guarro.

Hello at all,

You can see here some observation samples from Piera and SMM observatories, the reason for this is to try to encourage all of you to observe stars and show your results in this Forum.

Remember that there are a lot of Be and Symbiotic stars to observe in ArasBeam BeSS and in ARAS Symbiotic Program.

Cheer up !

J. Guarro.

Hello,

These are three examples of B stars, and remember, Resolution + Noise = - Resolution, because this noise is eating fine, and sometimes, very interesting details.

Cheers, J. Guarro.

Hello at all,

It's a pleasure to come back to show here new results of my observations again, after this long break time.
I started today to show this graphic by the Piera Remote Observatory, which is in the training phase.

Furthermore, there is starting to mend the Piera second dome this year, this belongs to the first phase of the project with the intention to equipate it with a 40cm. telescope and another echelle NOU_T. We will see...

Cheers; Joan.
