F3 (NEOWISE) velocities relative to sun and earth

I have now analysed the Doppler shifts of the emission and absorption lines in the high resolution spectrum posted here.

The results (-55 km/s relative to the Earth and +32 km/s relative to the Sun) are satisfyingly close to those from the JPL Horizons website for the time of the observation
