PRISM and SPOX

Hi,
I am trying to set up a copy of PRISM with my equipment. I have the Ascom driver for my Shelyak SPOX, and I have configured that from PRISM as an Ascom switch. When I activate it, PRISM seems to recognise the switch, and says it's connected, but all I get is a greyed out box that doesn't let me click on anything to manipulate the calibration lamps.
I suspect that there must be a number of people who use a SPOX and PRISM, so if anyone can suggest what I might be doing wrong in my configuration that would be really helpful...
