Ciao Umberto,
Very nice photo from L'Aquila's clear skies.

Hello at all, ( Ciao Umberto)
This is the comet from Piera Remote Observatory, you con see this, for me, rarely Na emission lines.
You can notice a small inverted P Cyg effect in them. Why? I don't know.
Cheers, Joan.

Hi Joan, thanks for sharing the spectrum. As far as I know the first line on the left is the Cyanogen line, the one in the center is the sodium line that the comet took from the sun because comets do not have this component. The calcium line that I have seen in all comet spectra is missing. I am not an astronomer so do not take what I wrote for granted.
A big hug.

Ciao Umberto,
These are the only two observations that I took.
Sa Robin said, the C/2023 A3 "is a carbon-depleted comet" and reacted with sodium emission, I don't
know any about it, I'm not an astronomer yet.
Un forte abbraccio, Joan.
