Change in HP CMa

Dear All
I took a low res spectra of HP CMa last night and it shows strong Ha emission. The only other dpectra in the database is a hires spectra taken by Christian on 14/2/2009 and there was no emission then. Maybe a higher res confirmation is needed. It is a nice bright star at V = 5.8
