TCP J17093570+1509292: non existent transient?

I was observing some Be stars when arrived in CBAT TOCP the string concerning a new transient in Hercules (mag 12.8 unfiltered):

I pointed the telescope toward the target and sought it through electronic finder (Mak90 and ASI120 MM). I have not found anything in the expected position. For a further verification I took some frames and quickly performed an astrometric calibration with Astroart 5:
Image has a ~15.5 U limit magnitude and in the expected position (red circle) there is no transient.
Someone can confirm?
