nova PNV J17260708-2551454 in Ophiuchus

A nova has been discovered in Ophiuchus on march 27, 2012.
Here is a spectrum taken on march 31st, 2012 with a LISA spectrograph and a 85mm refractor. Spectrum shows clear P Cygni profile on Halpha:

According to VSNET Alert 14387, possible mag 10 nova in Ophiucus.
Following the posting on the Central Bureau's Transient Object
Confirmation Page about a possible Nova in Oph (TOCP Designation: PNV
J17260708-2551454) we performed some follow-up of this object remotely
through the 0.10-m f/5 reflector + CCD from MPC code H06 (Mayhill
station, NM)

Astrometry of a single R filtered image with AAVSONet telescope K35 (1.25 arcsec/pixel) at Astrokolkhoz gives the following results:
J2000 17 26 07.01 -25 51 42.69
Approximate V mag is 12
