I have been using ISIS to process my flare star spectra. I need to process some 80 or so spectra so have been using the @pro# products to give the individual spectra.
However, I find the @pro1 product is scaled differently to the rest. To test this I copied the same image 3 time and made them into a sequence i.e. they were all identical. The attached image show the @pro1 product compared to @pro2. You get the same result with @pro3 and 4.

Re: ISIS @pro products issue?
I find the latest version does not normalise the @pro# products and the unnormalised product are as expected so the problem is "solved".

Re: ISIS @pro products issue?
Hi Andrews,
That's right. This allows a better comparison of the relative flux in a sequence and absolute calibrations. But I admit that this does not facilitate comparisons.
Note the existence of the L_NORM command to normalize a sequence between two wavelengths. Example:
>L_NORM IN- OUT- 14 6620 6640
