QR Vul is a Be star and the best is to upload your spectra in BeSS database:

From time to time, several professional astronomers take some spectra from the database to do a publication (see list of references as exemples).
Otherwise, Be star is a long term (about 10 years) monitoring and it is only after long period continuous observations that some statistics will be able to be drawn. Still, it is interesting to see that we have detected two outbursts of this star in about 3-4 years... did we miss some in between? Is it a almost periodic phenomenon for this star? Well, need more time and observation to conclude anything at this stage!
