First I have take an CCD image of this galaxy to find how the jet is

Second, I rotate my spectrograph to align the jet and galaxy center with the slit
For process, I remove the back ground sky (using the top of bottom of the spectra with less spectrum of M87)

And finaly, the spectrum of the galaxy center and the jet

Some emission lines like Halpha, [NII] and [SII] come from the jet
I try to isolate the jet spectrum but the jet is very close to the center of the galaxy (about 14 arc second)
My question is : is it possible to find the jet velocity with this kind of spectrum ?
