Measuring Symbiotic star CH Cyg at H alpha using LHIRES 2400. See

First results look promising. Attached is 2x600sec when only 27 deg elevation. The Ha emission is clear and most of the wiggles in the continuum are repeatable in both exposures. The mist has rolled in now though so I might not get any more tonight.

Il faut observer cette étoile brillante. On peut la prendre vers 1H30 du matin chez nous. Les particularités spectrales sont bien visbles dans la partie rouge/orange du spectre. Ne pas hésiter à la faire régulièrement, même basse sur l'horizon pendant au moins les trois semaine à venir. Retse la méteo...
