Because the redshift, the CIII emission line at 1906 A (ultraviolet) is observed in the green part of
your spectrum.

PS : en faisant un petit calcul, je trouve que la vitesse de récession est de 80% celle de la lumière, qui conduit en gros a une distance de l'objet d'environ 6,7 milliard d'année lumière.
